In basic terms, an alternative medicine is something that has been rejected or neglected by physicians. Because of this, it is vital that you are careful with what you take. Make sure to do a lot of research and talk to a physician prior to taking any alternative weight loss medicine. If your physician does not recommend it, get a second opinion just in case your physician is opposed to alternative medicine.

    um um i lost 20lbs by having a green diet, but using pills, minceur24. dunno if this is available there but it works wonders and also drinking lots of water. but i find out its not the amount of food you eat, but the quality of food. there’s a lot of difference between a single steak with fries than a box of apples. Have lots of fibres,fruits and vegetables for example… and i heard and tried, it works for me, pineapples… yea pineapples. i know its acidic but that helps. have as often a you can, w/o getting bored of it. and yea, no munching between meals. and the key factor is determination.. just like giving up on tobacco or bodybuilding.. are you willing to loose weight, are you willing to sacrifice…stuffz like dat.. goodluck…
    PS: every first times everything is hard but with time, you get used to it…and yeah i did not perform exercises, if i did, maybe would have lost more…
